Small group training of female only individuals, maximum of 6 people, providing personalized attention and coaching while fostering a supportive group environment.

Terms & conditions

You are free to withdraw from any activity at any time you wish, payment should be done in advance on monthly basis, no refund is applied if the client wishes to withdraw, payment accepted through bank transfer.

  • For the 1 to 1 session, In case of cancelling a session, 24hr notice is required to avoid losing the session unless it is emergency. This is not applicable for the group training.
  • Rescheduling is required one week in advance. Only for 1 to 1 training.
  • When the trainer needs to cancel, session will be saved for later time.
  • The number of booked sessions for personal training should be finished on a maximum of five weeks. This to ensure the client benefits from the training plan and not wasting the trainer sessions. In case client did not meet this requirement, payment will not be refunded.
  • In the case of future booking, payment in advanced should also be made to ensure blocking your slots and avoiding the trainer from losing clients for unnecessary booked sessions.
  • By booking, you are agree to take part in the program described with the mentioned terms and conditions.
